>Wedding Bookings are subject to availability, and are taken on a first come first served basis. There may be other enquiries for your day, so please get back to me as soon as you can.
>For a quote, you are required to provide the full postcode of where I would be travelling to on the wedding day, the time you are getting married, the time you are leaving to go to your venue (if applicable), and the number of people wanting makeup.
> I require a minimum of 4 people on your booking in order to travel to you on Saturdays between Easter & September for my Signature Bride/Nearly Wed Package, or 3 people for my Luxe Bride/Nearly Wed Package.
I am available for weddings 7 days per week.
>I charge for fuel costs, but do not charge them if you are within a 15 mile radius from my home address. All travel costs are added to the booking and you are advised when I send my details. I charge 45p per mile as per the HMRC Guidelines, and £15 per hour for every hour away from my studio travelling to you if outside of the 15 mile radius.
>Where necessary, overnight accommodation will be paid for by yourself. This is applicable if I need to travel for 2 hours or more, or for a pre 6am start.
>Depending on numbers requiring makeup on your day, it may be necessary for you to arrange another artist to join me on your day. I can recommend other artists that I have worked with over the years. Or arrange to book an associate for a fee of £50.
>To secure your booking, I require your deposit & for you to sign the T’s & C’s electronically.
Before sending your deposit, please ensure that you check with myself that the date is still free. Your deposit is non-refundable / non-transferrable if you decide to change your wedding date or cancel your wedding prior to your trial.
The only exception to this is if we are on an official government lockdown, then your deposit can be transferred, but in this circumstance other costs may be applicable.
>All payments can be made via bank transfer.
>Quotes are subject to change at any time, unless a deposit has been made. Once your deposit has been paid, your quote will not change and will be honoured, despite any price increases that may arise before your date.
Wedding Trials
>Trials are compulsory for the Bride-to-be & Nearly Weds but other members of your wedding party are not obliged to have one if they would prefer not to, that is why it is part of your package. On your wedding day every effort would be made to meet your wedding parties expectations, but it is their responsibility to understand that once the service is complete, there may not be time to change their makeup. It is advised that if they are sensitive to products, or have had allergies to makeup products in the past, that they advise me before the wedding, or have a makeup trial.
>Wedding Trials will be held between November & March during low season, and are subject to my availability. I will contact you to book your trial, but if you have a specific date in mind, please don't hesitate to ask, as I will try to accommodate where I can.
>Wedding trials will be held between Tuesday - Thursday, due to most Fridays &Saturdays being booked for weddings.
>Wedding Trial’s take place at my “Makeup Closet’, at my home in Butterwick, Boston Lincs. You may attend with one another guest only. For group trials please contact me to discuss.
>During your trial, we will discuss your day, and confirm your wedding date, timings and venue. We will also discuss the look you hope to achieve on the day, and every effort will be made to meet your expectations, making sure that we compliment your features, and that you feel your very best, and completely comfortable with your look.Please look at my makeup style on social media platforms or my website, so you know what to expect, and that it is the style you wish to have for your wedding day.
>I allow 1.5 hours for a Bridal / Nearly Wed trials, and 1 hour for each person there after. If necessary, a further trial may be required, subject to availability and charges will apply.
>Patch tests will be completed where necessary, and it is your responsibility to advise me of any relevant allergies and/or previous reactions to particular makeup brands or medical conditions for all members of the wedding party using my services. I cannot be held liable for any losses that are incurred due to your failure to let me know of any condition.
>I reserve the right to refuse service to the client or members of the party if they have any contagious diseases, such as but not limited to Coldsores, Impetigo, Covid
> Please let me know if you are not happy for me to use your images on my social media platforms, website & portfolio.
>The Brides/Nearlyweds trial will be deducted from the deposit paid, but all others having a trial must be paid on the day, again by cash or by Bank Transfer.
> After completion of your trial, a non refundable/non transferrable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is then required to secure your future wedding date. This needs to be paid within 14 days after the trial date, and no additional makeups, other than those pre agreed will take place on the wedding date unless prior agreements have been made with myself. You will not be able to reduce numbers, and will be responsible for paying the amount as agreed.
>The outstanding balance is then to be paid in full four weeks prior to your wedding day, and it is your responsibility to ensure that this is paid, either by cash or by bank transfer.
Cancellation/Changes to your booking after your trial
>If you change the date of your booking, your 50% deposit will not be transferrable, and a further 50% deposit will be taken to secure the new date, as per the terms already outlined above, subject to my availability.
>You reserve the right to cancel your wedding makeup booking at any time up until 28 days prior to the date, but the 50% non refundable / non transferrable deposit will be lost, and no refund will be given.
If you cancel your booking within 28 days of your wedding date, then the full balance will be still be charged.
>In the unlikely event that I have to cancel your booking, I will try my very best to secure you an alternative makeup artist for the day. If this is not possible, or you are unhappy with the potential replacement, a full refund would be issued, including all deposits made. No further compensation will be given.
>If the booking is directly affected by circumstances beyond my control including, but not limited to, weather conditions, safety reasons, no compensation will be offered by myself. It is strongly advised that you take out Wedding Insurance to cover you against these unlikely events.
